Position: Mid-Level Logistics Manager (Container Vessel Operations)
Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City

🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION
– Build and manage the team responsible for operating container vessels.
– Plan and execute logistics and container transport business operations.
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
– Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure service quality and efficiency.
– Report on work progress and propose improvements in logistics activities.

🎯 CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport, Economics, or Business Administration.
– Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in container business operations.
– Possess a relevant client portfolio in logistics/container shipping.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
– Fluent in English (especially in communication and reporting).
– Willingness to take on challenges and responsibilities.
